Onsite coordinators are a great asset!  They know the venue well and have an established relationship with the venue staff.  While these onsite coordinators are extremely helpful, they are essentially venue staff and are not hired for you personally.  We have worked with onsite coordinators many times to ensure a smooth event but you will not get the personalized attention that you would when hiring a wedding planner that works for YOU.

My venue has an onsite coordinator already. Why should I still hire you?

What wedding and event planning services do you offer?

We are here for you, to guide and support you in turning your vision into reality!  This is your special day and we need your ideas.  During our initial consultation and throughout the planning process we will be asking you a lot of questions to really get to know who you are and what your style is.  We combine your ideas with our expertise and knowledge of the industry to seamlessly bring your vision to life!  This is YOUR day and no decisions will ever be made without your approval.

I'm worried that if I hire a professional wedding coordinator, that my ideas and vision will be lost.

We believe that every client deserves our full attention and absolute best regardless of how big or small your event is.  For this reason, we will only work with you on your wedding or event date.

How many weddings or events will you coordinate per day?

We charge a flat rate for your customized wedding planning service. In most cases, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure our services for your specific wedding or event date. A fee schedule will be tailored to your needs prior to signing a contract.  Some events will be done on an hourly basis depending on the specifics of your coordination needs and budget, which will be discussed in your initial consultation.

Do you charge an hourly rate, a flat rate or a percentage of my overall wedding budget? Is there a retainer to secure your services?

I personally will be in attendance for all weddings and events.  Need for assistants will vary depending on event size, guest count, location and event logistics.  It will be necessary to discuss the specifics of your event before determining how many assistants you will need.

How many assistants will you have on my wedding or event day?

Our initial consultations are always complimentary.  This is a time that we can really get to know you, your style and what your vision is for your wedding or event and gives you the opportunity to get to know us before deciding if we are the right fit for you.  The initial consultation usually lasts for 60-90 minutes.

Do you charge for an initial consultation?

No.  We never accept any commissions or kickbacks from vendors and will only refer qualified, reputable vendors who will best suit your needs, style, and budget.  If we receive any discounts, we will pass the savings on to you!

Do you accept any commissions or kickbacks from vendors?

All of our coordination packages except for the Day-of package includes personal budget planning assistance and management.  Right from the get-go we will sit with you and help you prioritize the most important budget items for your special day.  We work with a network of high quality vendors that fit within a wide variety of budgets and styles, negotiating for you and getting you more value for your money.   Clients always tell us that the money used to hire a professional wedding coordinator was well spent and the best decision they made!  Often times clients recoup the fee for a coordinator twice over or more in the savings we were able to obtain by negotiating on your behalf with vendors.

I'm on a tight budget.  Can I really afford to hire a wedding coordinator?

As little or as much as you need!  For many couples, planning a wedding can be stressful and confusing as to where to begin, how much everything costs, and how to choose vendors. Planning a wedding is not only about choosing your colors, flowers, and menu. There are logistical matters to attend to such as the initial budget planning, timing of events, parking, and finding quality vendors that fit your budget and style. We are here to guide you and to take care of all of these concerns.  A professional wedding coordinator personally brings experience and knowledge of the wedding industry into your wedding plans - which allows you to relax and enjoy your special day with friends and family stress free!
